Instructions
- for this recipe I fire my pellet smoker and set at 275 degrees. You can also cook this in the oven set your oven at bake 375 degrees and cook until bacon is crispy and chicken wings are cooked. For oven method I highly recommend using a resting rack in the oven so the bacon crisps up and not cook in grease. For bbq I highly recommend sitting your grill for hot/cold zone. Set your bbq at 375 degrees and place your wings on the cold zone until bacon and chicken wings are cooked then place on the hot zone for couple minutes to crisp up the bacon. For this I highly recommend a resting rack on the cold zone so bacon grease doesn’t cause a flare up in the grill
