Smoked Lobster Tail| Sriracha Garlic Butter
I know they say size doesn’t matter! I promise you it does when you want to enjoy a good lobster recipe.
If you don’t have time but want a delicious and easy dinner, you must try my lobster tail recipe.
The sauce is the perfect balance between tangy and sweet and will get you craving for more. Enjoy with rice on a roll or just devour it straight.
I went to dinner with my in-laws last week, and my father-in-law ordered a lobster tail; I instantly regretted my order.
The lobster tail was super tender, the sauce was so good, and it was honestly the perfect dinner. When I got home, I knew I had to recreate the recipe, but make it easy and quick with a bigger lobster tail!
After a few attempts, I am proud to say; that this is recipe was better than the one at the restaurant.
