lobster tail
you can also use a small size lobster tail
pinch salt & pepper
to taste
Sriracha Garlic Butter Sauce
2
Sticks
unsalted butter
melted
1/2
lemon
squeezed
1-2
Tbsp
sriracha sauce
the more you add the more it kicks

Tbsp
Cajun seasoning
or any seasoning you like

Tbsp
honey
Tbsp
ginger Paste
Instructions
fire up your grill and set at 350 degrees
cut lobster tail in half and season with salt and pepper
mix all butter sauce ingredients together and place the lobster in a pan or cast iron and pour butter sauce all over
baste every 30 seconds last 2-3 minutes of the cook
lobster tails cooks quick 10 minutes or so, if the tails are smaller keep an eye on them might take about 6 minutes to cook
serve as a whole or cut into bite size pieces and ENJOY!
