Smoker or Grilled Lobster Tail with Sriracha Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 LB lobster tail you can also use a small size lobster tail
  • pinch salt & pepper to taste

Sriracha Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 2 Sticks unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1-2 Tbsp sriracha sauce the more you add the more it kicks
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning or any seasoning you like
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • Tbsp ginger Paste

Instructions
 

  • fire up your grill and set at 350 degrees
  • cut lobster tail in half and season with salt and pepper
  • mix all butter sauce ingredients together and place the lobster in a pan or cast iron and pour butter sauce all over
  • baste every 30 seconds last 2-3 minutes of the cook
  • lobster tails cooks quick 10 minutes or so, if the tails are smaller keep an eye on them might take about 6 minutes to cook
  • serve as a whole or cut into bite size pieces and ENJOY!
