Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza| Meals under 30 minutes

This is a quick and easy dinner under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weekdays or weekends. This recipe is our family favourite. Just don’t forget to grab pre made pizza dough prior to making this.
Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza
Easy dinner under 30 minutes! I bought pre made pizza dough wand topped with Monterey Jack and crisp cauliflower coated in a classic Buffalo sauce. It wouldn't be a pub classic without a drizzle of zingy ranch, while baby spinach freshens up each satisfying bite.
Ingredients
- 340 G pizza dough pre made
- 1 Cauliflower, florets a full cauliflower
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 Cup baby Spinash
- 8 Tbsp franks hot sauce buffalo style
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp favourite bbq rub or seasoning
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
Instructions
- Remove pizza dough from the fridge and rest in a warm spot for 20 min. Preheat the oven to 450˚F.
- On a greased baking sheet, with floured hands, stretch pizza dough
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. add cauliflower, half the Seasoning Blend and 1 tbsp oil. Toss to coat, then arrange in a single layer. Bake on the top rack of the oven for 7 min, until slightly tender. Or I used an air fryer set at 400 degrees and cook for 10-14 minutes
- Meanwhile, roughly chop spinach. Peel, then mince or grate garlic.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat 3 tbsp butter in the microwave for 30-45 sec, until melted. In a large bowl, whisk together hot sauce and melted butter.Add cauliflower minced garlic , then toss to coat.
- Drizzle 1-2 tbsp oil over dough, then add cauliflower season with remaining Spice Blend, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese. and drizzle any remaining Buffalo sauce from the bowl over top.
- Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 14-18 min, until crust is golden-brown and cheese melts. Top pizza with chopped spinach. Slice pizza, then drizzle ranch dressing over top. Enjoy!
