Breakfast Sliders by Meatkingz
The saying goes “breakfast” is a meal
you can enjoy anytime any day. That is the truth. For this recipe I combined my favourite breakfast ingredients to create this slider.
I used eggs, cheese, bacon, yellow onions, green onions.
The secret to a great sliders is the type of buns you choose. My go to bun style is “brioche“. I don’t think you can ever go wrong tasty brioche bun, toasted and buttery soft buns will elevate your sliders into another level.
Cheesy pulled pork sliders
Ingredients
- 300-500 Grams pulled pork left overs
- 10-12 Slices cheese use your favourite cheese i am using Swiss cheese
- 1 slider buns
- 4 Tbsp butter to grease your pan or grill /butter your buns
Instructions
- set your grill or smoker at 350 degrees
- wam your left over pulled pork (not too hot) slice your sliders and layer with cheese, your pulled pork and more layers of cheese on top. Close the lid and brush with butter.
- place in a pan and in the smoker/grill place it until buns are nice and toasty.
- enjoy.
