Prepare grill/smoker for indirect heat and set at 350 degrees
Combine the rub ingredient and season the chicken thighs
In a small sauce pan combine all glaze ingredients and simmer until thickens 3-4 minutes
Place chicken thighs on grill/smoker and cook for about 25-30 mins skin side down. When 25-30 minutes are up brush the top side with the glaze then flip and brush again and cook until internal temp 165-170 degrees internally. Brush the remaining glaze before remove them
