Pat chicken dry, remove backbone and flatten chicken
In a large mixing bowl add 3-4 tbsps of your favorite Hot Sauce, 1 bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing, ½ cup Soy Sauce, and 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce.
Mix these ingredients and add the chicken to it.
Place the chicken in the fridge and Let the chicken marinate for at least 3-4 hours but overnight won’t hurt.
Take the chicken out of the marinade, let the excess marinade drip off,
Season each side with a light dose of your favourite bbq rub I am using 1/2 tbsp of each garlic powder, pepper, paprika and 1/4 tbsp onion powder & kosher salt
Set your smoker at 275 and cook for 1-2 hours and turn half way through.
for garlic sauce combine all ingredients and refrigerate to maximize flavour
