using original sausage you can use what ever you want

use regular thickness not thick so it cooks even

bbq rub
using full boar bbq spicy rub you can use what ever you like
tooth picks
this helps keep bacon wrapped around sausage
Bbq Butter bath

bbq sauce
use what ever bbq sauce you have at home or your favourite

unsalted butter

Instructions
slice sausage links into bite sizes then wrap with bacon and hold in place by using a tooth pick
set your smoker at 350 degrees and let it come up to temperature
season with your favorite bbq rub and place in smoker for about 45 minutes until bacon is cooked and crispy
remove from smoker and place in tinfoil pan add bbq butter bath and place back in smoker for another 30 minutes.
remove from smoker, let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes then enjoy as an appetizer or a meal
