Instructions
Pre cook fries until golden brown in an air fryer, oven or deep fryer
in a pan cook your diced onions, peppers for 2-3 minutes then add your protein. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes then season with your favourite seasonings or add salt, pepper and garlic powder, then add your ketchup and mayo (this step is important as it keeps the meat juicy and moist during the cook in the oven, I seen other recipes where they use soups but I optioned out for ketchup and mayo as it’s a CHEESEBURGER)
time to assemble this master piece. In an aluminum pan add your fries, beef mixtures and your cheese
set your oven at 400 degrees and bake for 5-7 minutes then broil for an additional 1-2 minutes without burning it.
