Easy Bacon Philly Cheesesteak

Philly cheesesteak the KING of all sandwiches. I personally love anything with cheese and beef but let’s take this up a notch and add bacon and some vegetables to it.

For this recipe I didn’t use any fancy expensive beef. I purchased the cheapest cut of meat I found at Walmart. It was eye of round.
Now before you knock it listen to why I did that! When you’re greasy cheesy sandwich don’t spend all your money on expensive cut of meat by the time you add bacon, 3 type of cheeses and some vegetables it makes anything tastes good.

-I started with the cheapest meat I found at my local grocer (it was even discounted)
-get your flat grill hot, I fired my and set at 450 degrees
-start with chopped bacon when almost cooked move to the side
-add some vegetables I am using thinly slices peppers & onions, cook them in bacon fat about 4 minutes
-mix with bacon and move aside
-add steak your favourite bbq seasoning and cook until nice and tender. Combine all together and device into even portions
-topped with Havarti cheese, mozzarella and nacho cheese
-once cheese melted top with your buns let them steak for couple minutes remove and top with more nacho cheese and enjoy
-about $15 served about 6 tasty cheese steak sandwiches full of flavour.
