You have heard of pork candy! Well this is my spin on pork candy “chicken thigh” edition. This recipe was a banger and a must try!

Chicken Thigh Burnt Ends
Ingredients
- 3 Lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
BBQ RUB (or use a brand name rub of your choice)
- 1/2 Tbsp of each garlic powder, pepper, paprika
- 1/4 Tbsp of each kosher salt and garlic powder
butter bath
- 1/2 Stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 Cup bbq sauce
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- fire your smoker or grill and set to 375 degrees
- season chicken thighs with your bbq rub and place in smoker untilInternal temp teaches 150 degrees they cook quick
- Remove from smoker /grill cube chicken thighs into bite size and place in a tinfoil pan adding the butter bath ingredients
- return back to smoker until sauce is thickened and chicken is tender
- enjoy as an appetizer or serve with rice
