Cheese burger Empanadas

-in a pan over medium high heat brown your xtra lean ground beef (500 grams) add spice (1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, paprika onion & garlic powder) 4-5 minutes in add diced onions (1/2 yellow or red onion) and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
-add 3 slices of American cheese also known as fake cheese š, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese or what ever you have in the fridge.
-let it cool down, mean while With a circle mug, cut out as many circle shapes as you can. With both your hands, gently pick up each circle dough and stretch just a little bit!
-Take your meat filling and fill each center of the dough with about 3-4 tablespoons of filling.
-For egg wash I used 1 tbsp of water and 1 egg.
-in an oven or air fryer set at 425 degrees and cook until golden brown about 20 minutes
-for the Big Mac sauce I used , 4 tbsps Mayo, 2 tbsp sweet relish, 1/2 tbsp rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp bbq sauce
-whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for few hours for flavours to blend in
