I was born in Lebanon, a country known for healthy & delicious food. When I think back to my childhood, I remember the small restaurants in the market that served the best Shawarma, shish taouk , falafel and many more of the famous Lebanese food.
Moving to Canada in 2002, and working at various restaurants at a young age it allowed me to experience a variety of foods such as poutine, lobster rolls, Montreal style smoked meat and game meat.
Fast forward to 2018 when I got my first smoker, first instant pot, first deep fryer, and my first air fryer, I started my instagram account MEATKINGZ, and I haven’t stopped experimenting and showcasing my different recipes.
Just a kid from the Middle East, moving to Canada I never thought I would be given the opportunity to share what I love with the world.. and for that I am forever grateful.
