Sriracha Honey Garlic Sausage| Burnt Ends

This appetizer is packer with flavour, sausage burnt ends always a crowd pleaser.
This appetizer will SAVE you money and everyone will enjoy.
You can even make ahead of time and place in a slow cooker at “warm” to serve it with lots of tooth picks.

Ingredients
*10 sausages
*3 tbsp mustard
*3 tbsp mayo
Sriracha honey Butter Bath
* 1 Stick unsalted butter
* 1/2 Cup honey
* 1/4 Cup brown sugar
* 1 Cup Traeger Que or your favourite bbq sauce
* 5 Tbsp traeger seasonings or your favourite bbq seasonings
* 4 tbsp sriracha sauce or your favourite hot sauce
-I used mustard and mayo as a binder and seasoned heavily with my favourite bbq rub
-set your smoker or grill at 300 degrees and place your sausage in the smoker for 1 hour I rotated the sausage around every half an hour to avoid the meat drying out.
-Remove sausages from the smoker or grill and in a tinfoil sheet add your Sriracha honey Butter Bath and place the tinfoil back on to the smoker or grill for 1 hour. Rotate the meat 30 minutes in if required to make sure that the meat is coated well
-remove from the smoker or grill and use tooth picks to eat this tasty bites of heaven! enjoy
